Hotel Intercontinental

Advised the purchaser of the real estate asset Strategic Hotel Capital in the context of the due diligence process, with particular emphasis on the non hotel real estate components of the transaction. The non-hotel assets included two residential properties and an extended stay hotel. The asignement included an audit of the current use and the proposed disposal/ use of the particular asset.

Hadovka Office Park

Advised the client, Europolis, in the acquisition process of a 22.000 sqm office development project in Prague 6. Identified the opportunity, negotiated terms and conditions and assisted the purchaser (the main tenant Siemens) in the entire process, including due diligence. It was the first investment transaction of this size at the time and it marked the beginning of the investment market in CEE.

Olympia malls

Negotiated on behalf and together with Europolis the purchase of two regional shopping centers from the developer and anchor tenant Dutch Ahold. The two centers have now a proven track record, have successfully expanded since and have provided their owners a very attractive return on their investment.

Smíchov Gate

On behalf of retained client PBW acquired this 12.000 sqm office development in the neigbourhood of the IBIS hotel and the Nový Smíchov shopping center. The developer was Immoconsult and the transaction was successfully concluded within a record time frame of 3 months.

Technopark Pekařská

Advised the client on the sale of this 11.000 sqm office building completed in 2002. The transaction was successfully realized to a family office in 2014.

Hotel Project - Karlín

For a private client PAG made a market research of the potential development for a residence and hotel. The result was the purchase of a project company in Karlín. Development will commence in 2015.
